The independent Cornwall-based record label, Aardvark
Records, today announced that it has signed an agreement
with the digital music aggregator, Halo Tracks. The
deal sees Halo handling Aardvark's audio and video
content for the mobile telephone market worldwide.
First up are Little Spitfire, Jeff Alford and EricM
- each seeing a new release being sold and promoted
via Halo Tracks' extensive mobile telephony partner
network.
Halo Tracks brings recording
artists and record labels into the mobile market;
generating additional revenue and promoting them to
wider audiences. Halo excels in unique additional
services: surf & shop, digital flyers, gig &
go and innovative promotions, using the latest mobile
technologies targeted for the music industry.
