"An industry mate of mine tipped me off to Infamous," said Aardvark's Head of Dance Music, Alex di Savoia. "I was impressed with the quality of the DJs and dance music websites who use the service. Joining was a no-brainer for me."
di Savoia was straightforward about the advantages of digital DJ pools: "There will always be a romance attached to vinyl. There's no two ways about it. DJs are pushing the frontiers, however. They having been mixing CDs for ages. iPods and laptops are the decks of the modern DJ age."
"One quick upload and countless DJs have our latest releases and remixes," di Savoia continued. "That means DJs around the globe get their hands on our artists' freshest tracks pretty instantaneously. It's music without borders and we love it." |
