Aardvark Music Ltd, the publishing division of Aardvark Records, announced today it has signed a long term worldwide co-publishing deal and a separate administration pact with the veteran independent publishing company, Scamp Music. The two companies will form a joint venture company named Vark Music.
Under the provisions of the deal, Scamp will co-publish over 150 songs from Aardvark Music's catalogue -- along with any new creations generated over the next three years. Scamp will also administer all Vark Music/Aardvark Music titles written by songwriters which Aardvark Records has been developing over the past two years.

Aardvark Chairman Andrew Reeve was instrumental in putting the deal together. He said the deal was a perfect fit: “Rod's track record over the past few decades speaks for itself.
